Bred in Florida by John Dillon, Like Now was a successful racehorse throughout his career, winning six of his 29 races and finishing on the board in six others. His career was highlighted by a win in the 2006 Gotham Stakes (Gr. III) at Aqueduct by a neck over multiple graded stakes winner Keyed Entry for trainer Kiaran McLaughlin. He went on to finish second in the Lexington Stakes (Gr. II) at Keeneland and participated in the 2006 Preakness Stakes (Gr. I). Like Now finished his career in 2009 with $407,021 in earnings and was retired to Old Friends at Cabin Creek by Ron and Daryl Thompson in July of 2020. He is a very sweet boy and has settled in perfectly.
